Be your most glam self
This project is a case study based on the real brand, Glamnetic, where I analyzed potential consumer experience challenges and created marketing materials to address them. The visuals used in this project, including images and assets, were taken directly from the Glamnetic website and used purely for educational and design purposes.
Through my research, I identified that one of the company’s struggles might be a lack of visibility for their loyalty program, as it was difficult to find and navigate as a consumer. My goal was to develop marketing strategies and designs that would streamline the customer journey and encourage deeper engagement with the brand’s loyalty program.
